Contact and booking
When you email Reflections Collective LLC, we receive your email address and what you choose to share. We use it to respond and follow up. Our YouCanBookMe form asks for your first name and email, and lets you provide your last name and WeChat ID. We use your booking details and selected time to schedule and manage your conversation. OFF SCRIPT registration
We collect your name, email address, and photography and recording preference. We use your registration to manage attendance and send confirmations, reminders, and event updates. We share your name and email address with Women’s Rights Information Center to help run the event. Registration entries are stored in WordPress, and Google’s email service helps deliver event messages. The Photography & Media Notice on the registration form explains event media practices.
Retention
We aim to remove routine OFF SCRIPT registration records and exports we control within 90 days after the event. We may keep media permission records separately where needed to document ongoing use. Event partner copies, email logs, and backups may follow different schedules. We retain inquiries and booking information as needed to respond, manage appointments, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies and external services
Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts to display text. Your browser connects to Google when it loads those fonts. Website and booking services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and protect their services. YouCanBookMe presents its own cookie choices. When you follow a link to another service, that service’s privacy practices apply.
